The firm Schiesari Sergio of Schiesari Mirco & C. Snc. (www.pasticceria
Schiesari.it) arose in 1983 in a small artisan shop in the centre of the town
called Villadose. The workroom distingueshes itself for the typical artisan
processing of the product, with the realization of small confectioner's selling
sweet and salty products, setting up of parties and cakes for cerimonies
particular remarkable in special occasions.
A positive and immediate reply has come from a more and more growing
customers.
At the doge Valier's villa stood out the pagnotta, a loaf. The bannock (here
called focaccia) is filled with rubina honey, dried figs, walnuts,eggs and
