For more than 15 years it has been in the sector of the big distribution, daily, it provides fresh fish to the greatest big chain of supermarkets with its own logistics, fresh national fish and imported fresh fish. Fish manufactured in a modified atmosphere; it is a system that makes it possible that the fish remains fresh for 9 days, so they are able to give to the customer a fresh product with a due date of nearly 9 days, this not being possible with normal fresh fish.
Along with this longer due date it has been developed the possibility of giving a product ready to cook, already prepared, disembowelled, and threaded so that it can be personally prepared.
